Draft: nixos-pie: add jetbrains idea for java in S6

During the S6 semester, students will study Java. It has been pointed out by some of them that a suitable IDE should be installed on their computer sessions to work in good conditions. Of course, the final decision should be made by you, assistants and staff, and we will totally understand if this merge request is rejected.
