Do not re-init repo if it does already exist
The line https://gitlab.cri.epita.fr/cri/iac/ansible/roles/restic/-/blob/2f0daa475123c56b10a659f078937e9668d8cbc0/templates/srv/restic/cri_restic_wrapper.sh.j2#L192 initializes the repo (aka creates a new key & config file) when restic snapshots
throws an error . This isn't an intended behavior as there could be many other reasons than an uninitialized repo for this command to fail.
