- It is not possible to match multiple matching groups (and therefore
  multiple menus) in pxe anymore. Only the menu with the lowest priority will
  match (lowest because it's sorted in ascending order in admin, so most
  important ones are on top).

- Add begin_at and end_at fields to pxe matching groups to allow
  scheduling pxe configurations.
- Some UI changes in admin to accommodate the new feature
- Bug fixes in admin and in frontend
