images: nixos-pie: add ACLOCAL_PATH for autoconf-archive

Nicolas Fidel requested to merge nicolas.fidel/nixpie:master into master

On 42sh we have a problem, if the ACLOCAL_PATH variable is not set the configure doesn't work, if you set the variable correctly this corrects the problem.

I wasn't sure how to add it to nixpie.
