fix(poulpy): adapt auto-escaping

What

This MR limit the auto-escaping on every argument of restish commands. It also set the deploy job to manual.

Why

Because it currently escaping unwanted things, and the only arg were the escaping is usefull is this one. The job has been set to manual because it is way more convenient.
